* February Special - Sticky Toffee Crumble Cake with Rhubarb

A soft, date cake topped with Yorkshire forced rhubarb, crowned with a golden oaty crumble.  Fabulous on its own, or warm with custard!
(This is a version of a recipe we developed for "The North Yorkshire Cookbook - Second Helpings"!  We are very excited!)
