This scrumptious Scandinavian style sticky toffee cake is all about the flavour. Sweet and rich with brown sugar and pureed dates, and delicately balanced with lemon, cinnamon and cardamom. All this beautiful bundt cake needs is a light snow-scattering of icing sugar to finish it off perfectly.
Wheat flour, sugar, butter, dates, eggs, lemon, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, cardamom.

The tins used for this product are brushed with Wilton Cake Release.
