We advise that all products be stored in sealed, air-tight containers when they are not on display, in refrigerated conditions.
We take food hygiene very seriously and make every effort to avoid any cross contamination of ingredients and allergens. However, we would like to make our customers aware that we do operate in a mixed kitchen, so therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products do not contain traces of gluten, dairy or nuts.
The DF, EF, and GF symbols show which products can be made without eggs, dairy ingredients or gluten containing ingredients.
We use local ingredients wherever possible and are pleased to include products from the following suppliers in our goods:
